Sunday Strength and agility (July session)

This is a workout class at Brentwood academy designed to improve players overall athleticism. We will incorporate strength, balance and flexibility work but our main focus will be improving players speed, power and agility. Players will be pushed hard and should come prepared! Dates are Sunday afternoons from 3-4:15 on July 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

    We include clear video demos for every movement and technique, so your athlete always knows exactly what to do. We're also available for ongoing support and updates as needed.

  • Optional Customized Nutrition Plans
    For athletes looking to get the most out of their training, we also offer custom nutrition planning tailored to energy needs, body composition goals, and performance optimization.

  • Equipment Guidance
    Want to set up a simple and effective home training space? We’ll recommend cost-effective gear based on your specific program.

Pricing

Programs range from $200 to $1,200, depending on depth, duration, and added services (such as nutritional plans, fitness test, videos and continued support and instruction). We’ll work with you to find the right level of support for your athlete.
